An Affair Of Poisons
by Addie Thorley

Overall rated the book a 4/5. I really liked the characters and the overall plot, but I just think there was not enough action or suspense. But for a three hundred page, stand-alone, this novel was wonderful. Loved the characters, their relationships, and the element of "witchery" and potions.

Wasn't my favorite, I just don't see the whole plot of the book. It just followed Mariah's life dealing with depression, the loss of her daughter and so forth. I would like ot read this again when I am older because I might understand it more then, but for now, I give it a 3 out of 5.

Was definitely a difficult book to get through. Reading this from Humberts point of view and reading about his perverse thoughts was uncomfortable. But I think that it was a good book, and believe that Humbert truly did love Lolita, though he was a pedophile and did technically r*pe Lolita, he did truly love her.

Absolutely loved this book! Can not wait for the sequel, I love all the characters and how complex their personalities and bak stories are. The plot is amazing, and the ply twists are to die for!

This book was really good because it was about siblings and troubles, and I can relate to it because I have a little sister.
